On June 11, 2019, Dong-A Socio Group announced that it had held a blood donation campaign the previous day in the main auditorium on the 7F of its headquarters.
The company organized the blood donation campaign to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities, practice sharing life, and help with the ongoing blood shortage.
Employees from Dong-A Socio Holdings, Dong-A ST, Dong-A Pharm, and Dong-A Otsuka voluntarily participated in the blood donation campaign.
Dong-A Socio Group has conducted the blood donation campaign each year since 2017 in cooperation with Chung-Ang University Hospital’s Blood Donation Center, which supplies the donated blood to other medical institutions according to the national policy.
An official from Dong-A Socio holdings said, “We hope that this blood donation campaign will help boost the national blood banks, which are running low due to a decrease in the blood donating population. We will continue holding this campaign in the future and carry out a wide range of social contribution activities to create a brighter, healthier society.”
