On May 24, 2019, Dong-A Socio Group held the Sarang Nanum (Sharing Love) Charity Bazaar at 9:30 AM with employees and local residents in front of its Yongdu-dong headquarters in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
Dong-A Socio Group has held the ‘Sarang Nanum (Sharing Love) Charity Bazaar’ every year since 2009 to spread a positive culture of donation and contribute to community development.
At the bazaar, Dong-A Socio Group sells products of Dong-A Pharm and Dong-A Otsuka to local residents at low prices and donates the proceeds to the Dongdaemun Social Welfare Council, which uses the funds to support low-income and underprivileged residents of Dongdaemun-gu.
A volunteer group consisting of employees from Dong-A Socio Holdings, Dong-A ST, and Dong-A Pharm will sell various products including Dong-A Pharm health functional foods such as Omega 3, Vitamins, and Probiotics, oral hygiene products such as Garglin, toothbrush, and toothpaste, household goods such as bandages, Dong-A Otsuka beverages such as Pocari Sweat and Oronamin C at the ‘Sarang Nanum (sharing love) Charity Bazaar’, which will be held until 3PM today.
An executive of Dong-A Socio Holdings said, “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the local residents for participating in the bazaar. As a member of the local community, we will continue carrying out various social contribution activities for the development of local communities with our neighbors.”
Dong-A Socio group is sharing love for local residents through various social contribution activities including ‘Sarang Nanum (sharing love) Charity Bazaar’, the free meal provision campaign Bobfor for the elderly living alone as well as the homeless, and the free dyeing service Bigen Again Campaign, and the mural drawing campaign in an attempt to brighten the district’s streets.
